1. Call WIND Customer Care at 1-877-946-3184 and request a migration to this promotional plan. Existing customers may not migrate into this promotional plan in a WIND store. As stated in the WIND Terms of Service, any changes will take place within 48 hours; and
2. pay a one-time processing fee of $25 (plus applicable taxes), together with one month of the promotional plan fees (plus any applicable taxes) at the time of the switch request; and
3. In addition, if you are a current WINDtab customer and the amount by which your WINDtab balance at the date of the plan switch exceed $200, you must pay the difference on your next invoice. For example, if when you switch plans your WINDtab balance is $299, you must pay $99 to reduce your WINDtab balance when you pay your next bill.
